Please follow below steps to trouble shoot the problem:


1. Ensure your bluetooth is turned on by swipe down from top of the screen.

2. Ensure you have allowed location access for Innotech during app installation. This is required in order to pair the Innotech smart scale. If you have already installed the app, you may to go to phone Settings, search "App Permissions". Go to "Location". Make sure you have turned on location for Innotech app.

3. Go to Innotech app and select "Pair" button at "Dashboard" screen.

4. Keep your Innotech app open and close to the scale. Now use your foot to tap on the smart scale to light up the LED screen. Check is there any smart scale shown up in "Choose Device".
